If you still need personalised support for your query Innovate offers a Support policy where you can talk to the Applications Engineers and developers to get answers .This service is however a piad service with Support time as little as 1 hour to a maximum of 10hour package depending on your needs.
This support systems is based on Emails and Telephonic support. Using our Support Ticket systems you can ask your query and our Applications Engineers will provide you priority support.
Innovate support timings are from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
