The Knowledge Base is your first stop for troubleshooting assistance. Search this area if you are experiencing difficulty with installation, compling, and/or receiving errors at run-time.

The second level of support system is using the Open community built by Innovate for any support related questions.

If you still need personalised support for your query  Innovate offers a Support policy where you can talk to the Applications Engineers and developers to get answers .This service is however a piad service with Support time as little as 1 hour to a maximum of 10hour package depending on your needs.

This support systems is based on Emails and Telephonic  support. Using our Support Ticket systems you can ask your query and our Applications Engineers will provide you priority support.

Innovate support timings are from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
