Hawkboard with TI am1808

Is the AM1808 from TI pin-compatible with the OMAP-L138 ?  Could a Hawkboard be designed with AM1808? If so, could the clock speed be increased to make it support 1024x768 resolution?

AM1808 is pin to pin compatible with OMAP L138.Yes. AM1808 can be used for designing the Hawkboard. NO.
