Have paid for Hawkboard but not received it

 Hi, 
We had paid for Hawkboard and had received a confirmation email on Oct 26th 2010. However, we have still not received the board. Moreover, your website shoes error on the contact us pag8 e and there is no phone number listed anywhere on the site and hence no way of reaching you. 
 
Our order id is 187 and the purchase was done by Mr. Lilesh Ghadi on Oct 26 2010.
 
The procurement has already been delayed by about 8 months. If you are not interested in providing us the board, please refund our money back.
