Can't boot the linux

I can't boot the hawkboard.
I am following the instructions from http://elinux.org/Hawkboard/BeginnersGuide
Linux image is uImage_v1 , rootfs is on the USB.
But after bootm c0700000 the kernel starts executing but then reboots at some point and everything goes again.
What can be the problem?
Maybe some other combination of image,rootfs and bootargs?
We've got a discussion going at google groups about these boot / stability issues. Some electrical and overheating problems have turned up.
