innovate ARM926 board problem

Hello sir, this is kiranvarma from aditya engineering college
Presently I am working on ur ARM926 board.
this board Loading Romboot
but it is stopped at "autoneogotiating" its is not showing on anything on LCD.
sometimes it is saying that "autoneogotiating is timed out"
plz provide the solutiion.
