Innovate Industrial OMAP L 138

I am a teacher in computer design in quebec city in canada.
 
I have buy an hawkboard at your store and he work find but your connector is not easy for expansion.
 
I prefer the interface based on PC104 but your industrial OMAP L 138 have no VGA or HDMI output. This board have a LCD connection but I have no information on this board, no schematic, nothing to help me to take a decision on the buying of this board. Do you have link to documentation like the information on hawkboard. Can you suggest me a PC104 board with VGA or LCD display because I want video.
 
I plan to buy eventually 8 to 16 board for teaching of embedded systems.
 
I see your OMAP3530 board that have lcd but no connector for expansion and  no information to buy judicialy (do you have link to documentation). I have equally look at your 926 lite but I can't see if it as a PC104 connector. The 926 is too expensive.
 
Do you have idealy a board with PC104, CAN bus and LCD or VGA ?

I plan to buy 8 to 16 board but I want information to make good choice.

Please help me to make good choice because my course start in september.
